CANCELLATION POLICY

✦We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedule requests. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via phone, text, or your booking app. ✦Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ✦Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ✦We allow a 15-minute grace window after your scheduled start time. After 15 minutes without contact, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Clients who no-show forfeit any and all serviced bookable with Sombra Beauty Bar. If you are running late, please contact us immediately. ✦All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service total at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Clients who cancel late or no-show will forfeit their deposit in addition to any applicable cancellation fees. ✦A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments. By booking with Sombra Beauty Bar, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. ✦ We understand that life happens. Exceptions are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
